This gives the strains time to colonize and the potency is MUCH higher than what we are ingesting in multi-strain blends. I made the mistake if taking 4 at once and had serious diarrhea and am still trying to rebalance my biome. I am taking Saccharomyces boulardi ONLY by Triquetra until I restore balance. I saw someone else post they were taking MANY of these single strains and look 9 months pregnant.
