This was my first. The battery only lasted a few months and a mechanism had to be replaced before the first year…but it is slick! I love the concept and it’s a great conversation piece ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Customer Service *by A***R on June 29, 2018* OK here's the background on this amazing watch.I did have some trouble when I got this watch for my birthday, it didn't work! My wife was super disappointed and wanted to return it immediately, but I talked her into letting me take it to get the battery replaced. Still no JOY! :( When I contacted the seller, directly on their website, at Slow-watch.com I was amazed that they responded extremely quickly, since they are in Germany and I am in the United States and were super helpful in getting a replacement sent to me free of charge.They even told me to hold onto the first, unfortunately defective watch. I figure that it'll come in handy should I ever mar the face or housing of the watch, or the shop damages a screw on the back. Plus now I have a second Leather band.Great Shout out to SLOW WATCHES for their awesome support and amazing product. I am sure defective watches happen and their willingness to help fix the problem FAR outshines that it happened in the first place.
