Kind of terribly. I didn't always but it started up several months ago... and got to the point that it threatened my longtime relationship with my partner who could no longer sleep. The SnoreStop cut my snoring back probably 60-75%. Not gone but a godsend.I've been looking kind of desperately for a solution. I tried nasal strips, mouth guards, pills, "snore pins" inside my nostrils, special pillows and, nothing. I started running an app every night that records when sound begins -- meant to catch talking in your sleep but great it turns out for capturing snores. (Not for the weak, by the way -- it's pretty horrifying to hear the evidence!) Problem verified but not solved.I bought the SnoreStop Throat Spray because, well, why not? Honestly, I had no expectation that this little fire hydrant-looking thing would work better than anything else. I did buy the throat spray instead of nasal spray bc I could tell from the recordings that my snoring was mainly from my throat. Anyway, the next morning I woke up and, with the normal feeling of dread, checked the snore recording. And, there had been almost no snoring the night before!!!I thought it was a fluke but the pattern continued. Nights I sprayed this stuff in the back of my throat I snored less than half as much and less obnoxiously than when I did not use the spray. My partner could sleep again and stopped avoiding me.So, I've begun buying by bulk. No idea how it works, and maybe it won't for everyone, but ever since I started using it my snoring's been manageable again. So I'm happy. :-) ### ⭐ SCAM ALERT - TERRIBLE PRODUCT - EMPTY BOTTLES *by J***L on Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2021* Bought 4 packages and not one bottle was filled. Husband opened the first package and noticed there was a barely any mist after a couple sprays, so he shook the bottle some more, checked the nozzle, and nothing. He checked the other three bottles and noticed they all felt light, without ever having been opened, they weren't any heavier than the empty bottle.
