This is just as described. It came well packed, and makes a loud scary sound when blown. Perfect for Halloween!

I'd advise elsewhere.
While the whistle is built sturdily, it doesn’t truly replicate the sound of an authentic death whistle. Additionally, it’s not as loud as I had hoped.
