This video isn't for birds that aren't hand-tame already. There are a lot of great books out there on how to hand tame birds, but there is almost nothing on how to teach them cool and amusing tricks. This video is one of the very few sources on how to teach your bird awesome tricks. The tricks it teaches are: the turnaround, kiss, the wishing well, forward rolls, backward flips, the dismount shaking hands, waving, and more. I thought that it was interesting how the video teaches that birds can be right, or left footed. The video arrived very quickly, the case was a little beat up on the end where you open it up, but nothing major. It played fine, it's basically several videos put together into one main one. It was very informational, and I learned quite a bit. They DVD's are supper fun to watch, even my bird liked seeing them. The training si pretty straight forward and I think that anyone who is able to teach a dog to sit/lay down/etc would be able to teach their bird the tricks on the DVD's. I can say that starting with the 1st one is and then going in order is important as you are building on the 1st basic skills as you move on.
