My only issue with it is that the remote is clearly for some other device and is all over the place. There are seperate on and off and sleep buttons, but they all just turn it on and off as a toggle. The brightness plus and minus will also change the color temperature some times. For me, it's set where I want and turns on and off and works great. I have two units for a web cam lighting setup and both work from the same remote.
