If you do any type of work where your hands get dirty or gardening this does not get dirt or grease stuck in the coils. Another downside of the wrap around kind is that they hold water every time you wash your hands, this one does not have this issue. I received the Feramox Size Adjusters yesterday and they work as advertised. They're comfortable silicon with a strong adhesive to hold them in the ring. The set arrives in two sheets holding a total of 36 adjusting strip of various widths plus a couple of large pieces of silicon from which you could cut a custom-sized strip if needed. I'm interested in seeing how long the adhesive holds the strips in place, but I'll be able to replace them several times if needed. So far I'm quite happy with this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well, comfortable to wear *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2018* I'm a challenging product tester for this, since my artisan ring bands are cantilevered, thus uneven, and I can only use them on half the ring. But after a bit of difficulty attaching the adjuster to the ring, they seemed to "settle in," clinging to the ring reasonably well. They've survived day long use and hand washing. I have to be slightly careful removing the ring so as not not dislodge the resizer. Their advantage is they're completely comfortable--I don't feel them at all--and invisible.
