They would have been down below my waist without modifications. I just removed the intermediate straps so the front buckles hook directly to the neoprene portion. After that they fit perfect.I used these for about 10 days in Alaska and they were pretty much flawless. The last day I knelt down on something and made a pin sized hole over the left knee. It was pretty easy to fix once I got back home. Other than that I was kept totally dry and comfortable.I'm 6' tall (+ or - an inch depending on time of day) with size 12 feet. Size XL fit great. On a related note, I used these as the "boots" over the neoprene foot: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06ZZ43CH7/ They worked very well in a size 13 for keeping my feet warmer and more comfortable than a normal wading boot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can’t beat these for the price. Why spend ... *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2018* You can’t beat these for the price. Why spend $300 on other brands just to pay for the name? I used these in the Texas coastal waters. They work just as well as the name brands. They are true to the size chart, although I could use a 1/4 extra in the toe area. I’m 5’11 180lbs and a 10 1/2 or 11 shoe. I ordered accordion to my size on the chart provided. ### ⭐⭐ Suspenders straps don’t adjust down enough. *by G***! on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2018* Out of the box, they look like a decent pair of waders for the money. Ordered a small and didn’t realize they are made for tall people. Ordered according to the guide. The suspender straps don’t allow them to be adjusted enough and they dangle off the shoulders even when they are sinched all the way down. They also didn’t come with the wading belt which was another disappointment. Will be returning these. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/67709319-3-ply-chest-waders](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/67709319-3-ply-chest-waders) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
