🍜 Brief introduction Picked these up for quick lunches and lazy dinners when I wanted something warm and filling without spending ages cooking. Udon noodles are usually a safe bet, so I thought these would be handy to keep around. ⚙️ First impressions Preparation is straightforward and they're ready in no time. The noodles separate reasonably well and don't arrive as one giant noodle brick, which is always a promising start. 📅 After using it for a while I've used them in stir-fries, noodle soups and a couple of questionable fridge-clearance meals. They're perfectly edible and do the job, but they're a bit plain on their own and the texture isn't quite as chewy and satisfying as some other udon noodles I've had. Once mixed into a sauce or broth they're much better, but they don't really stand out. ✅ Things I've liked • Quick and easy to prepare • Good portion size • Works well in soups and stir-fries • Convenient cupboard meal option 🤏 One minor annoyance The texture can become a little soft if you're not careful. Leave them cooking too long and they lose some of that pleasant udon bite. 👀 Who this would suit Good for quick meals and easy lunches, especially if you're adding plenty of sauce or other ingredients. Just don't expect restaurant-quality noodles from a supermarket packet.

It doesn’t show the product of origin, I thought it is from Korea. But it is from China
