Not as complex as the real deal, but a pleasant facsimile. I like it black or with a little xylitol and milk. I also use it to turn vanilla ice-cream into 'coffee' ice-cream by dissolving some of the powder in a few drops of water and then mixing it in. I store the whole jar as-is inside a Ziploc bag with the air pressed out, which stops the contents from hardening.
