This is the inverter that you have been looking for!!
This system is Amazing! High quality materials for sturdy construction and comfort to hang for a good bit of time. The construction process does require 2 to 2+ people for initial build. You get what you are paying for here for sure, if it was super easy to set up, I don't think I would trust it to hold me while hanging by my feet upside down on my head??? Having the extra hands to help hold parts together, it is fairly simple to attach the nuts/bolts to secure the frame. Truly gym quality item here. The padding is very comfortable and supportive, especially the ankle straps, which is exactly what you want, if it is not comfortable, you will never use it, right. You will love to use this, and supports all frame heights, and weight up to 300# that is not something normally seen with these inverters. The extra adjustable lumbar pillow is an added plus. MedSonic is a known brand for high quality, well constructed, useful items and they have done it again with the Deluxe Inversion table! All your friends and family will thank you for letting them come over to use it, it helps with spinal decompression, aches, pains, and muscle tightness. Make sure to check with your healthcare provider, or PT specialist before using to prevent injuries- as with any medical or training equipment. Great value for the price $169 at time of the review- this is something you will be Very glad you purchased!

Hang Ups Done Right
Putting this table together definitely takes a buddy. One person steadies the frame while the other lines up bolts and tightens hardware, but once assembled, it feels bomb-proof. The heavy-gauge steel base doesn’t wiggle, even when I (6'1", 250 lb) swing to a full 90-degree inversion. Comfort is what sells it. The molded ankle security cups cradle rather than pinch, so I can stay inverted long enough for gravity to do its thing. The oversized backrest and sliding headrest spread my weight evenly, and the removable lumbar pad lets me target my lower back on tough days or pop it off when I want to stretch. Preset stops at 20°, 40°, 60°, and 90° make it easy to ease in gradually; the safety pin clicks solidly, so there’s no “Did it latch?” anxiety. Adjusting height is as simple as sliding the main rail and locking the knob; no wrestling is required. I won’t claim medical miracles, but five minutes upside-down leaves my spine feeling decompressed and my posture noticeably looser. If you have the space and a willing helper for assembly, this Deluxe Inversion Table offers rock-solid build quality and comfort features that justify its footprint.

Relief From Spinal Compression and Pain
I ordered the MediSonic Deluxe Inversion Table for my husband who has suffered for years with back pain. He found the assembly to be somewhat difficult. However he assembled this alone. He recommends that you ask someone to assist you, especially with holding the pieces together. That would make the assembly much easier and faster. He prefers video instructions to written instructions and the instructions stated that there were video instructions on YouTube but he could not find them. The assembly was made a little easier by not having to sort through screws and nuts because the hardware comes pre-assorted. Once assembled, the table is very well made and sturdy. It has 4 angle adjustments, 20°, 40°, 60° and 90°. It has ankle straps and metal cuffs to securely hold you. My husband is 6’ and weighs 200 lbs and the platform fit him with room to spare. There is an adjustment for height above the ankle cuffs. The platform was comfortable and supportive. The table folds and locks into an almost flat position and it has wheels to allow you to easily roll it. My husband has been using this inversion table for a few weeks and he is very happy with the results. This has definitely helped with his back pain. He can feel the difference after using this table. Previously he relied solely on physical therapy exercises to help relieve the back pain but these exercises did little to relieve the spinal compression. It’s been wonderful to have this table available for use whenever he needs it. A few minutes on this table makes a big difference in how he feels. It is definitely helping him. One word of caution, if you have had retina issues or recent eye surgery, make sure you check with your physician before using this inversion table. It is contra-indicated for certain medical conditions.

Exactly as I expected
Item: MediSonic Deluxe Inversion Table with Ajustable Lumbar Pad and 300 lb Weight Capacity Pros: -Works as expected. -I'm a short 5'8 and it does just fine. With the headrest adjusted all the way out, the top of my head just passes the edge. The headrest has a quick and easy adjust knob. -Is comfortable. If you don't tighten down the foot rest tight, then the entire thing is relatively comfortable. Normally the problem is the ankles hurt from hanging, but not really a problem if you have the foot rest kinda snug kinda loose. The padding is ok I guess, I don't really need the padding myself but I use it. -In the assembly, the parts are separated very very well (see cons). They have it where the nuts are already on the screws with the washers. That makes it super simple. -It does fold up somewhat compact Cons: -Kind of hard assembly by yourself. If you had 1 other person, the assembly would be pretty easy. You just need someone to hold stuff in place for you. Also, there is a set of bolts were the wrenches doesn't fit it all the way. The wrenches will get the machine assembled for you, but I'll have to get my tools to tighten the machine the rest of the way. Other Thoughts: -I'm not sure if this would work for tall people or not. The thing is... when your hanging up side down, you really don't need you head supported I don't feel like because your hanging from your feet. As long as your upper back is supported I think thats all you need. -Just because I had a hard time with assembly is not enough to knock off a star. I don't think I was in the best of mood when I assembled this. Once your done with assembly your done forever.
