Excellent customer service. *by A***H on March 2, 2026* The meter itself works very well for the money - it reads the pH quickly, and it is accurate enough for hobby hydroponic purposes. It has one major flaw: when calibrating, you *must* calibrate to 7.0pH first, then 4.0, then 10.0. If you don't follow this pattern exactly (as I didn't) you risk screwing up the calibration permanently. 4/5 stars. The customer service is exceptional. Though their email is hard to find (I could only find it on the user manual) they are very receptive! I messaged asking if there was any way to fix the meter after miscalibration, and they sent me a new electrode immediately.
