Inexpensive and great keyboard
The keyboard fits perfectly, the keys feel almost exactly like the original that came with the laptop. Installation is a breeze. I'll update my review after six months of uses on this keyboard. Aside from the white dot being a little off center (pic 3), than the oem (pic 4), and the Amazon driver delivered to the wrong address, everything is almost perfect. Very happy with the purchase.

Works, But Not OEM Quality
I bought this third-party replacement keyboard for my ThinkPad T420. Installation was a bit tricky. it didn’t fit into the chassis as smoothly as an OEM part, though I was able to get it in with some patience. Functionally, it works, but the overall quality is noticeably below that of the original Lenovo keyboard. One quirk I’ve noticed is with the trackpad buttons: the left- and right-click have a smaller “sweet spot,” which sometimes leads to dropped clicks if you don’t press them just right. It’s serviceable if you need a quick replacement, but don’t expect OEM feel or build quality.
