These tests are horribly written. As a person who has sat for several certification exams this book does not help prepare you for the Professional Development certification. The first exam I took, I only missed 8 out of 150 (94%), but I failed the real certification test. This is crap, do not buy it!

If you are studying for certification this is not the study guide you want to purchase. The questions are written on a certification level.  Throughout the same questions are used over and over.  Please use the ANCC or the ANPD website for test taking certification guides.

If you depend on this book for studying you will absolutely fail the NPD certification test. The questions were easy to the point that the question had the answer in it. My 15 year old son was able to achieve 90% scores just because the answers were so obvious.  My recommendation would be to spend a little extra money on the ANPD books an online tests.
