It is constructed with a durable nylon outer shell with 2' webbing grab loop.The huge main pocket easily slips over a paddle blade and buckles securely to the shaft with 1' webbing and a barrel lock draw cord. The dual air chamber design, with easy-to-use twist valves, provides you with a back up chamber if extra flotation is needed. There is also reflective tape for additional visibility.

**Q: It has two chamber.  Is one for redundancy or should both be inflated for self rescue?**
A: It depends on how much you way. A lite person can self rescue with enough volume in one chamber but a heavy person would probably need both chambers inflated to assist in the self rescue.

**Q: Can I use it wth my Greenland style paddle?**
A: Yes! That's the short answer. The longer answer is that while you can use this paddle float with a greenland style paddle, the float may tend to slip off the end of the paddle since here isn't much of a swell in the paddle blade to hold the float on. I believe it's worth a try. I haven't actually use a paddle float with a Greenland style paddle, but I think that it might work better than some of us expect.

**Q: Will it fit a Canadian/open canoe paddle**
A: Sorry, don’t know about canoe paddles.
