I use it in my motorhome at either voltage. **Q: How do you line up with a satellite.** A: Position the cube with a clear view to the south east - trees & bushes block the signal. Point the handle to the north.Then use the remote to select the required vertical position for the satellite you want. That's probably Astra 2, which will be somewhere between 20 - 26 degrees in the UK, depending on where you are (see map). Then select a diagnostic/signal strength screen on your satellite receiver. Watch this carefully as you scan left & right - when you get any signal, use up/down & left/right to maximise the signal. Note that the dish moves quickly when you keep a button pressed - if you briefly see a signal & go back, it may take longer than you expect to regain the signal. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use, great reception. *by R***S on 17 April 2012* When I received the VuQube, it didn't work properly. However, the resaler promptly organised it being sent back to Maxview - strangely they reported no problem found and returned it to me - whereupon it worked perfectly.I have now used it on a week's holiday - it literally took 2 minutes to set up, and gave great reception. Much better than struggling to get a tripod mounted dish lined up - especially in wet and windy weather. ### ⭐ Wast of time and money *by P***N on 1 February 2015* First time I tried to use this the product the motor that swivels the dish around jammed. Never managed to get a signal, 4 hours of my life I won't get back, save your money and get a standard portable dish.Currently trying to send it back in order to get a refund. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Faster than a manual set up and much easier to set up if you travel alone.. *by P***L on 4 May 2015* It can still be a bit of a bother to set up but it is still much quicker that normal manual dishes. It is brilliant that you can sit in the van and using the hand controller scan for the satellite whilst watching the screen, so it is a boon if you are travelling on your own as it doesn't need one outside adjusting the dish and the other inside watching the screen.Make sure you have a decent view of the sky where you need to point the QUBE and make sure that trees are not in the way. Careful choice of pitch is a must so that you have a clear view south. Once you set it up don't move the QUBE and you won't need to set it up again. The QUBE has a security fixing lug and I lock mine with one of those steel wire dog leads and padlock it to the caravan just to be safe.
