Awesome buy!!! Product showed up as described, there was a minor user error which ended up just being a software update. Thanks to the seller being patient! The drone is great for beginners and user friendly. I wanted to reach out and apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. I recently sent my drone in for maintenance—just a routine check and lubrication—but unfortunately, UPS mishandled the shipment, and it ended up at a return facility in Kentucky. With help from Asurion and one very competent Amazon employee, we were able to track it down and have it diverted back. However, when it was returned, I discovered that all of the identifying and maintenance-related information had been removed. The packaging was also discarded, and the drone, batteries, and remote were just placed loosely in a plastic bag inside the box without any protection. Additionally, all of my postal labels (which included my name, address, phone number, and FAA-required tail number) were removed—apparently with a razor or sharp object—causing deep scratches and gouges in the labeled areas. Amazon is currently processing an A-to-Z claim regarding the damage. I fully understand that this situation is not your responsibility, as you are a third-party seller and have no control over Amazon’s handling or their fulfillment centers. I’ve made it clear to them that you should not be held accountable for this. I appreciate your understanding and just wanted to make sure you were aware of what happened. I’ve requested your contact information from Amazon, but they were unable to provide it. Please know that I’ll continue to stand by you as the seller in this matter. Arrived very quickly and drone works great. Does need a better description with the book bag, it is not hold the drone and is just a basic camera bag.

This is a great unit. The drone is easy to fly with the understanding that you follow all the directions and you have it in the correct mode when you first learn how to do it. Very important don’t put it in sport mode if you don’t have the skill to fly a sport mode! A lot of people bashing this drone was because they just went right out and flew it like a maniac when they first got it, instead of making sure they had the skills to fly in sport mode. It’s expensive, but I recommend it if you wanna have a drown that you can have fun with flying in first person view. The drone is agile and the battery last a significant amount of time.

Beware of this seller. Seller stole $322.25 from the refund. I purchased the DJI Avata 2 flymore combo from this seller. When the package arrived I was super excited as this was going to be my first real use of a favor drone. Everything listed was there in the package and the drone box was in the plastic still unopened. I opened everything to start getting everything ready and connected, and firmware updated. Spent the whole day making sure everything was charged up. Then took it outside to start doing calibrations. I noticed that whenever I would turn on the drone from opening the package that the gimbal wouldnt move. While doing the calibrations I found my first error, the camera gimbal calibration error, while calibrating it would never get past 0%. I called DJI and spoke with 2 of their customer support agents and ran all the troubleshooting. Finally they told me the drone was DOA and I had 2 options. I could go back to Amazon to get a refund or replacement, or send the drone (that i had never got to even lift off the ground) that could take upwards of a month to fix and return or have a whole new replacement. I decided to go the easier and quicker route of trying to get the replacement from Amazon. At first I kept getting told by the Amazon app that the product wasn't available for a return or refund until I called Amazon and got the return request approved. I had told them I wanted a replacement not a refund since this drone was defective. I unbound the drone from my dji account and placed everything back in the box as closely as it was shipped to me and sent it back. 4 days goes by until I got a partial refund where the seller deducted $322.25 without giving any reason. After speaking with Amazon again I was able to get my money back through the a-z guarantee. But it was super shady that the seller stole over $300 from the refund. Highly would not recommend buying from this seller.

Great Drone, This thing fly's far, is fun to use with the head set. The videos are soo good, They are almost too good. I cant find a way to share the originals as they are taken online without losing some of the quality. I let my 8 and 10 year old fly the drone its easy to use but they were nervous they would damage it. The build quality is great.
