Review: Good processor - Up until now, it is good but you really need to manually adjust its PPT, TDC and EDC to limit power or just use Eco Mode (65W mode which will definitely boost to something higher but it will be within safer limits) present in AMD overclocking options in Gigabyte BIOS. Apply undervolt on per core basis, test and then it runs at much lower temperatures. I'm using a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO air cooler, temps were touching near ceiling of max temps under synthetic loads like cinebench which is the expected behavior. After the modifications, it now goes around 70-75 under synthetic load and around 55-62 under gaming load on same cooler. Temps can go up if ambient temperatures are too much, obviously.
