I'm 6'0" and 190lbs with a lean/athletic build and I've found these straps are PERFECT for thighs! However they are too large for elbows/arms. I have these on my thighs and still can't get them tight enough. The arm/feet ones aren't long enough btu these are just as long as the belt itself merely....
