I ordered two since they were on sale at half-price. Once I received it initially, I was sent a plain, non-retractable headset and the retractable one. I contacted Amazon/seller and they immediately sent me a replacement for the incorrect headset as well as an additional retractable one. I decided against returning the incorrect headset as I'm going to give it away as a gift (I'll be charged for it anyway if I don't return it, so it all works out).As for the retractable headset, it moves around my neck. My friend doesn't have this problem because his neck is nearly twice the size of mine....something to consider if you have a smaller build/neck. Otherwise, I am very happy with the headset. The speaker volume is adjustable, which is a good thing because it can be too loud if listening to music while wearing it. It only took seconds to pair to my phone. Also, I keep forgetting that it can be folded when placing it in my purse. I can take calls using the headset and with speaker mode enabled, I don't even need to put an earbud in my ear. Microphone seems to work well - I asked the other party if they could hear me alright, and they said they could hear me just fine. The microphone does seem to pick up a bit more background noise then I would like (A little hard for the other party to hear me when driving in my loud car for example or when in a crowded place with a lot of people) but it isn't too bad and is better than me having to hold the watch up closer to my face. Earbuds sound great for music, too. Battery life is exceptional - 400mAh is huge for a headset. Folds up into my bag or pocket, too. It's also great to go jogging with - When I get irritated from having the earbuds in, I just turn on the speaker and listen to music that way. And since the speakers are right below your ears, the music really does not have to be turned up loud.No cons so far - But will update if anything goes wrong.UPDATE:So, recently the one earbud stopped retracting in. The earbud speaker itself still works, but the only way to get it to retract back in is to disassemble the headset. I reached out to the seller, though, and they gave me a pretty nice discount for a new pair. I can always still use the old pair, but the point of me writing this to advise everyone who buys this to be easy on the earbuds when retracting them. I think I was maybe too rough (pulled too far out or too hard, perhaps?) on them and broke the mechanism inside the neckband that retracts the cable back in.
