These sorts of bands are affordable but don't last forever. Still, I recommend for the price and the benefits. These are a great way to tone, especially if you don't have access or room for weights or if you have limited mobility. I personally incorparate them into my regular workouts. Usually, I am better with looking at product reviews but this one had none and I see why now. They are ok if you do not have to wear them on your thighs. If you are looking for ones to wear, these are not them. They are difficult to put on due to immediate rolling, roll up during use, and are hard to straighten out once rolled. I tried out all of them, and in different pairs of pants. I can't believe I was actually excited to receive them. I don't recommend.The only time I will continue to use these are for archer pulls. That is all.
