It was late, dirty (with hair and mystery brown spot, gritty substance all over it, something is rattling inside main unit, and missing the double sided adhesives. Now if I send it back I will have to wait for a refund or new product. I've tried everything plus the reset button. Nothing works except the remote. Reached out to company and no response. This is gross how this product was delivered. If I was desertcart I'd be embarrassed that this made it to a customer.

This is an amazing addition to bath time. It is very easy to put together, and use. My sister bought one, sent me a video of the bubbling so I had to buy one too.It reminds me of a hot tub. My youngest loves the bath mat because it makes an immense amount of bubbles when you add them to the water. The suctions on the back of the mat stick strong to the bathtub. The mat don’t move around at all. Just like anything plastic, when you take it out of the box, it does have a faint vinyl smell: very faint. I love that it is durable and functional. It’s like having a hot tub with jets for a fraction of the price.
