I pick it up and a tire fell out so I was wondering what else fell out before it got to me. Thank goodness all the parts were there. The latching handle and the bolts were in a little box that was strapped to the frame. It was super easy to assemble and you only need one metric socket and an adjustable wrench. Had it put together in 10 minutes. Wide wheel spacing and solid tires make this easy to pull and turn. Well made, heavy duty construction, large solid tires, and took me an hour to assemble with just a deep 1/2 inch socket. Went together very easily. Make sure not to tighten bolts until you have them all installed in their holes. This cart is heavy so assemble it on the ground. It was well packed, all parts accounted for, no damage. Rolls well and holds a lot.
