It DOES NOT Pair Automatically.When you receive a call, the Volume Drops Dramatically. Although the Caller can hear you well - you can Barely hear the Caller - at Best.If you do not receive a call within 4 Hours, the Device will turn itself off (without warning) and you have to go through the Reconnect Process all over again.I thought maybe I received a Defective Product, but I purchased two because of the price. Both Units work (or not) exactly the same.It "might" work well for listening to Music. I don't know as I don't listen to Music on my Phone.Bottom Line...
