**Q: how many ounces of batter fit in each cup?**
A: I have no idea the exact ounce per cup, but it'll fit the same amount that any regular cupcake tin will hold. It's the typical size.

**Q: Do you need to grease this pan before cooking bread rolls in it?  muffins? anything?**
A: I greased mine the first few times I used them, but am not doing it any more.  I cook muffins in mine and have no trouble getting them out, but I haven't done any bread rolls.  The pans are very smooth and being able to flex the cups and push up from the bottom also helps.

**Q: I am looking for a mold to make smaller muffins (1 - 2 inch diameter).  Do you sell a product with compartments of that size?  Compartments of another shape (e.g., square) would also be fine.**
A: Hello,I am sorry but the smallest size we carry is for a muffin in a 1"/2.54cm diameter only. It is the HIC 24 cup mini muffin pan.I hope this helps!Ann

**Q: can these be used in a Oven and does the flat wear go under them when cook with them**
A: Of course. Where else would you use it besides an oven? You can put a pan under it if you want for more stability, but it's not really necessary.
