I fully charged it up on Saturday midday and it's now Monday pm and still showing a full charge, so battery life seems good. I originally purchased this to see how many miles I walk in a day at work as I have an active job, also I needed a new watch just to tell the time on. After a few days it seems to be fairly ok with step counting. The app is easy to understand and figure out once you have downloaded it from the App Store. I am using apples iOS..Downside, a minor point is that the printed manual is very small, so get your glasses on, but it's also basic so you won't need to keep referring to it.However the biggest downside is trying to see the screen in daylight as its not very bright, not very good seeing as I wanted it as a watch as well, so this is where it loses a point. But cheap enough for me to wear to work in a rugged environment as I was tempted to buy the more expensive trackers. I wish the screen had some brightness control for daytime use, tho it's fine if it's a bit overcast. Maybe a winter watch. Hope this helps.OK UPDATE TIMEAfter living with this for 9 months it has become steadily worse so I've gone from a 4 star to 1 star. The screen is now dead, Step counting isn't very accurate after all as I've compared it to other models. The watch has proved useless in daylight but the worst thing is its constantly losing connection with my phone and I have to keep pairing it, this means going to settings and forget this device and start again as it rarely pairs from the app itself. I've just come back from a 6 mile walk and it's only recorded 1350 steps, really! My legs aren't that long.
