**Q: Is this a 32.7 (ec33) headtube inside diameter (frame/cup size) old bmx standard headset?  is the stem inner diameter .833" or 21.15?**
A: Yes. I replaced the old Tioga headset on my RL 20-II with it. Not sure of the exact measurements of the head tube though.
