I received my dehumidifier and it did not seem to be working as stated. I contacted customer service via email. Al promptly returned an email and he had me send some pictures and run the unit though a test. There engineers determined the unit was low on refrigerant. They sent a label to send it back to have it repaired. When I told Al I would prefer a new unit sent out since this was the start of our high humidity time, they sent me a new one and told me to keep the original until I received the new one and made sure it worked properly. The new unit works great! Great customer service. Al was very good to work with Good Job!

Works great. Very easy to set up and use. Would have given it a 5 but arrived with a couple of dents in it.

The best purchase we could have made with our dirt basement. Has knocked out the smells inside of the house and has had not a single issue in the past 3-4 months that we've had it. Highly recommend if you're looking to cut humidity in your home.

I purchased this powerful dehumidifier for my basement which has around 800 sqft. It works quietly and the humidity drops from 53% to 41% in about 15min in my initial test. Now it works efficiently in my basement as I set up the 42% as the working signals to open it. My basement is felt sufficient dry with this new machine.

I live in Florida. I used this dehumidifier in my garage after the hurricane, and it worked great. Super easy to set up with the hoses, and it sucked all the moisture out fast. It’s tough and did the job really well. For the price, I’m happy with it. If you need to dry out a space, this thing is solid
