Review: Surprisingly easy and it actually works! - We had our reservations, but this roller actually works perfectly with fresh pasta! What a cool tool. If you have ever made individual raviolis, you will appreciate the heck out of this thing. The only side note, it says to fill the area of the pasta 1/3 with filling, do more like 1/2 and you'll be golden. That and if you note how wide it is from edge to edge and have your sheet at least that wide (but not a whole lot wider) it works really well, without a bunch of waste on the sides.

We had our reservations, but this roller actually works perfectly with fresh pasta! What a cool tool. If you have ever made individual raviolis, you will appreciate the heck out of this thing.
