**Q: Is the writing in black & Red ink? Can someone post a photo of an actual printing?**
A: It was black and red ink, unable to answer 2nd question, gave to dad and he's deceased. Sorry no longer have it.

A: Thanks for your inquiry.  This checkwriter does not have a light.

**Q: For the blind/visually impaired, does the device have voice recognition that will allow the user to spell words for each area on the check?**
A: no it doesn't

**Q: wanted to know if this machine can remove the $ symbol as it is for a country outside the United States.**
A: Doesn't have a $ sign.  It has the letters "USD" in front of the dollar amount though and I don't know if that can be removed or not.
