Only downside is that the battery doesn't last very long ( an estimate of around 3 hours of semi continuous use). Unfortunately after a year the battery pack starting playing up. I contacted costumer service. They reached out immediately and were very helpful and within 2 days they had sent a complete replacement of the heating pad, no questions asked. My only issue would be the battery back.
