This heating pad is a much higher quality than I expected right down to the packaging..Great function options all of which work very well and I definitely appreciate the freedom of a cordless and rechargeable product. This heating pad is outstanding. PERIOD 🌞

I bought this item for my wife who always seems to have neck and shoulder pain/issues. For whatever reason/s she was not a fan. I ended up returning the item. However, I thought to be I would take the item for a test drive for myself. I found this to be a product worthy of consideration. It worked as advertised, comfortable, relaxing and easy heating controls. As I said, I found this product to be “worthy” of consideration.

I really like this heating pad. I have a lot of neck issues and applying constant heat really helps. This has been a gamechanger. It gets hot enough if you keep it close to your neck (more on that in a minute). I am considering buying another one so I can swap them back and forth while the other is charging. And the broader upper back heat is a nice plus (though my need is for my neck). This was the only portable heating pad that I could find that seemed to really target the neck. The scarf-looking ones don't wrap up the neck well, in my opinion. So what would make this perfect? a) The velcro closure is too loose on my neck. In order to keep it wrapped to where the the heat stays warm on my neck and the unit doesn't slide due to the weight of the battery, I use a clip to keep it tight and in place. If they extended the reach of the velcro, it would address that. b) The proprietary battery charger is annoying. If it were a USB-C, I could plug it in anywhere without having to carry along the charger. Plus, then I could charge it in the car. c) Would be nice if I could swap out the battery easily, that way I could have a second battery charged and ready to swap when the first one dies. Again, I really like this, and it helps me significantly, but those shortcomings are what keeps this from 5 stars.

Heats up quickly and fits comfortably. It’s been a great help in recovering from spinal surgery. Highly recommend.

This has good heat when set on high but most of it is centered along yhe back and neck area. I needed something for my shoulders so I was disappointed when I found the only way to get good heat on them was to turn it. This means only one shoulder gets the warmth needed. Also disappointed in the low and medium settings as they produce very little heat. If you need heating pad for your neck and spine area, this would be a good option though. I liked the ability to move around and the easy to use control panel.

Works great. It is soft and heavy all around your neck so you don’t have to worry about it coming up. 3 settings and a timer . Rechargeable. Love this. Will be needing it a lot

Had it two months and it does not hold a charge. Now it only last for maybe 20 mins. I loved it when I first got it. Especially using it during my flights for my back spasms.

Unfortunately, this heating pad did not meet my expectations. It is notably heavy, making it potentially uncomfortable for those with smaller frames. The one I received weighed closer to 3 pounds, exceeding the advertised weight of 2.5 pounds, which made it awkward to wear comfortably around the neck. Additionally, the heat was concentrated in only one spot rather than evenly spreading across the shoulders. While the fabric itself felt soft and comfortable, it caused a skin reaction within moments of placing it around my neck. I am uncertain about the materials used that may have triggered this response. The presentation upon arrival was disappointing. Although packaged in a nice box, the heating pad was literally crammed inside, all bunched up. There was a torn piece of paper holding a black paper band together that I assume was intended as a wrapping or band for the heating pad. The power cord was laying loose in the overall package, outside of any box or packaging, and no instructions were included. Returning this product has proven inconvenient due to the lithium battery, requiring specific packaging and labeling before it could be returned. Based on my experience, I believe this type of product is better evaluated and purchased in-person to clearly understand what is being bought.
