Is it broken or is there a trick to make it work?** A: I thought mine didn't work at all until I found out the on/off switch for the light was a touch sensor switch. after messing with it and it not working I gave up and turned off the main bathroom light. when I went back in there the night light was on. try touching where the light icon is **Q: How many amps?** A: According to the description: 2.4A max (USB A ports) 3.0A max (USB C port) 3.1A total (all ports) So, unless you only have just one port plugged in, you're sharing just 3.1A available.
