I've been taking this product every day the same way for about a week, and even if I don't see any health benefits, I've decided I'm going to keep drinking it for the feel-good energy boost alone. Unfortunately the product arrived in a huge clump that filled only half the container due to being compacted so hard. No amount of shaking the container or stabbing at the concentrated mass would yield results. Even attempting to scrape off of it only resulted in smaller clumps which would not mix at all with water. Essentially, it turned out to be water with dried clumps of MAGMA PLUS, being careful that when I swallowed, the clumps weren't so big as to choke my throat completely! I had never had an issue with the containers of GREEN MAGMA I had purchased through other vendors. When I contacted the seller, I was dismissed with a simple response of "Check our return policy under desertcart.com." In other words, they were telling me that if I were to return the product, due to it being already opened, they would not return it for a refund. They should be ashamed of themselves to shipping out a product so inadequate and unable to be used without a fleeing thought that customer service should have been served, even if only slightly. I love GREEN MAGMA products. Unfortunately I may have gotten a bad batch with an even worse seller. Three days into it I became incredibly gassy. I tried this for a little over a week and it continued. Two days after stopping taking it, all that stuff went away.
