**Q: How much weight can it holds? Is it sturdy enough?**
A: Hello,each tier in the front can ideally load for 0.45 pounds,and no problem with even over a little,the tier in the back loading range will depends how much weight in the front.

**Q: I ordered this and mind does not sit flat...rocks back-and-forth. Any suggestions on how to fix it or just sit back and try to get another?**
A: Try taking the racks out and twisting the base slightly. Test after each slight twist until it sits flat. Hope this helps.

**Q: Does it fit really 8.5x11 paper?**
A: Yes, it does!  It even holds file folders.  I love it with everything at my fingertips and the students don't knock it off my desk like they did with my others!

**Q: What is the exact height?  One of the small pictures says 9.6" but the writeup says 11.61 and 11.4**
A: Mine is 10" tall at the back, 5.5" tall at the front, 11 3/8" deep front to back, and 12.5" wide.  Mine looks like the one in the picture you have.
