I'm not a smoker so I wasn't sure what effects I'd feel from this gum. The gum tastes really good like normal fresh mint gum however, it does burn a bit if you chew it like regular gum (which you're not supposed to do) You chew it a bit until you start to feel/taste a peppery taste then you put it in your cheek/gum area and just hold it there until the burn stops and repeat this process. The effects I felt was at first very slight dizziness, but not so much that I couldn't drive or whatever. It did help me to focus and get stuff done that I had been dreading doing as well as deal with difficult people with less stress.
