You can read those reviews below. A Ktaxon representative reached out to me after I posted my reviews, which impressed me from a customer service perspective. I had been really attracted to the Blue Ocean guitar and decided to give them another chance. I have edited this review to three stars as a result because I'm very happy with this guitar. There were no finish problems or blemishes (it's a very attractive guitar), and everything worked and was within spec. I oiled the fret board, tuned the strings, and that was all it needed so I really like this guitar. Good job winning me back Ktaxon! My guitar showed up with a crooked milling on the head stock and neck, looking like a manufacturing defect of some sort. I never bothered tuning the strings, when I saw the problem I just packed it back up and returned it. A replacement is on the way so fingers crossed that it's better than this one. Update, the replacement showed up with a blob of glue on the fret board as in the second photo, and a paint bubble in the body.
