can you use it to connect 2 computers to one printer

No, not at all...the red colored usb is a power supply only- meaning this plug is made to connect only one device (that requires drawing its power from the computer to use it) to your computer/printer. ps: I have searched high and low and not found the cable to connect 2 computers to one printer, best thing to do is to set up a network with a router and connect the devices to that network.

Does this work with DDJ Wego and iPad mini?

The cable was purchased for use with an external CD/DVD burner. It required two USB power inputs to work reliably. I dont believe it would work with the iPad mini, and I don't know what the DDJ Wego is.
