Review: Despite the lights being gorgeous, the adhesive was an absolute failure, even on cleaned smooth walls. In less than a month their adhesive pads failed and my entire light setup came crashing down. This resulted in multiple damaged panels that were chipped and dented. The power supply cord prongs were also damaged, making the entire light set up unusable. Adhesive failures aren't covered under the warranty, convenient, despite doing everything right as suggested in their installation manual. I reached out to NanoLeaf customer service and they completely disregarded the information I provided and replied some copy paste information about cleaning walls and textured walls. For the cost of these lights, this is unacceptable. I would not spend money on this company's products.

**Q: Whats the difference between Elements Hexagons and Shapes Hexagons?**
A: Elements do not have RGB capabilities. Also, Elements emit cool to warm white light and the corners on the panels can each illumiate individually to create an organic sense of motion, whereas the entire Shapes panel is illuminated at the same time.

**Q: Can I connect Elements with Shapes?**
A: Yes, both Elements and Shapes are designed with Connect+ technology, that allows you to connect them together in one layout. We recommend to use Elements linkers to connect Elements to Shapes.

**Q: Are Nanoleaf lights waterproof?**
A: No, Nanoleaf products are NOT waterproof or water resistant. Our lights and adhesives are not designed to be exposed to high levels of humidity, and are therefore not recommended to be placed in washrooms, near the sink in kitchens, or outdoors.

**Q: What is the difference between a Smarter Kit and an Expansion Pack?**
A: Every Nanoleaf Smarter Kit has everything you need to set up the lights. It includes a Controller and a Power Supply unlike Nanoleaf Expansion Packs. An Expansion Pack is an addition to a Smarter Kit which cannot be used without owning a Smarter Kit.

Despite the lights being gorgeous, the adhesive was an absolute failure, even on cleaned smooth walls. In less than a month their adhesive pads failed and my entire light setup came crashing down. This resulted in multiple damaged panels that were chipped and dented. The power supply cord prongs were also damaged, making the entire light set up unusable. Adhesive failures aren't covered under the warranty, convenient, despite doing everything right as suggested in their installation manual.
