It includes a pamphlet outlining recommended routines, as well as three bonus accessories. A large metal container creates a nice first impression - it is appointed as a gift set, either for yourself, or for someone you care about. The 6 full size products and the accessories are firmly held by a large plastic insert, ensuring that the contents are well protected from any disturbance during transport. Getting them out of their slots does take a bit of an effort - especially for the Gua Sha. While the box wins on presentation, it is big and awkward anywhere you put it - from that perspective, having a smaller pouch, or even a more compact container would likely be more practical. The treatment suggestions on the included card may feel a bit overwhelming at first, and will require some patience to work into daily routine. The bonus items are a neat and useful addition, but don't really increase the value of the kit that much.
