Even if you select the maximum time (180 minutes), only 15 will be steam (this information is on the user manual). Moreover, the amount of water in the water tank didn't move down at all which made me think this mode is not working. My roommate and I have tried it in different days and got the same result, no steam at all. It's wide enough for clothes to hang freely and not be crowded by the sides. Clothes dry well and not stiff like other dryers like this. Very similar to clothes dried in a regular dryer. Instructions are in Chinese but you can use Google's image search to translate them and you don't really need to.
