How long do they stay fresh once opened?

You are meant to use a vial within 12 hours of opening. Mine are for our dog (recommended by Langford Veterinary Practice and teaching hospital), she has very poor tear production. I generally use a vial within 24 to 36 hours (drops in each eye 2/3 times a day). Hope this helps.
