Finally a robot cleaner that does a thorough job! It does not stuck in obstacles, it cleans amazingly around carpets and mops nicely! It also empty’s the bucket when goes back to the base. Highly recommended!

We've been using this product for a while now, and here are some observations: Pros: It has strong suction power. Performs well in picking up dust and hair. Cons: Dried stains (like tea) remain even after two cleaning cycles—you'll need to mop manually. Frequently loses connection, requiring you to set it up again. Doesn’t support connection to multiple devices.

Ordered the same robot twice and faced same issue both the times. It will run good for 2days then it will start forgetting the map or it will have multiple overlapping maps generated daily, and rather than roaming in the full house it will be roamung around at only one spot. Can select only auto option, if we try to select rooom/zone it will immediately start creating new map saying cleaning area not found

i loved this Robot,price wise also it's worth to buy. the good part what i like most is the bagless dustbin.

Not an intelligent machine Pretty basic but indeed kind of rugud machine If you are looking for a bag less machine this is nice Floor mopping technology is too bad and feels like it moves in zigzag or unpredictable pattern like scratches on paper Overall it’s just average

We’ve been using the Ecovacs Y1 Pro Plus for about 6 months. The vacuum performance is very good—especially with fine dust from nearby construction, it cleans effectively. Mopping is average. Since the same cloth is used across the entire house, the cleaning cloth needs to be washed after every run—and sometimes even during the run—for better results. Otherwise, cleaning effectiveness drops and the floor can feel slightly sticky after repeated use. Because of this, we mostly use the vacuum function. After a few months, when we tried mopping again, it wasn’t working. We contacted customer support via the toll-free number. The service process was smooth—invoice, serial number, and address were collected via WhatsApp, and an appointment was scheduled within 24–48 hours. The technician, Sanketh, arrived on time after confirming 30 minutes in advance. The issue (a damaged pump wire, likely due to cockroaches) was fixed, and the unit works fine now. Overall, satisfied with the product and very happy with the service experience.

From day 1, no one came for demo, it’s online only. Auto Emptying issue, after so much time of waiting and trying finally got connected and asked to come service. But they told me to troubleshoot myself. That’s it… Now, not charging….The days is was idle is more than the days it was used. Cleaning also not much great…
