I am good with this because returning a very heavy piece of equipment such as the dual axis tracker would be impractical. I have to say that I am impressed with how quickly Eco Worthy accepted responsibility and made things right. Such honest business dealings are becoming hard to find in this world. I will continue to support them as most other purchases I have made from Eco Worthy have been of good quality. And to be clear, I wasn't criticizing the quality of the tracker as a whole, only the main connection point where the weight of the tracker rests and moves. From Eco Worthy's positive response to my issue, I am fairly certain that they will resolve the problem in future design updates. Original Review It took me a while to get this assembled and solar panels installed on this rack so I am unable to return it. But once assembled it is a big disappointment. There are a lot of good aspects to the tracker but the most important one gets a big fail. That is the main connection point that supports the entire rack. There is so much slop in the distance between the center post connection and the main rail that it produces well over 3" of play in the rack from East to West as shown in the video. Also there is no bushing at this connection point. It is a bolt wearing directly on the adjacent steel. I'm sure it would fail within the first year. Where is the quality control?
