Looks good. And should keep dirt out. If you have to use or want to use a gun lanyard you will have to remove it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Little, Inexpensive G22, Gen4 Accessory *by D***Y on October 9, 2016* This insert is to fill the opening at the bottom of the grip just behind the magazine well of a Gen 4 Glock G17, G22 and G31. It takes a minute to figure out how this insert fits in the opening, but once visualized it's no problem. There is a clip on this insert which has a small button on it. As the clip is depressed and the insert slid into the opening the button will naturally slip into the small hole on the bottom of the back strap. This will lock the insert in place. If the alternate back straps are used this insert can remain in place without interference. If someone want to remove this insert it's easy to do. Push the small button in and put upward pressure on it and the insert can be pried out. With this insert in place the heel of the butt finally looks finished. I like this little accessory.
