Able to replace a meal with GNC Total Lean
Trying to lose weight and GNC Total Lean Shakes helps me replace 1 to 2 meals a day. I have tried Cookies and cream, Chocolate Mint and Banana. The Banana left an after taste!

I was afraid this was going to be chalky, but it isn't. It has a subtle flavor of both chocolate & mint. I would suggest getting it cold then placing it in the freezer for about 20 minutes, because it tastes better colder. It also works well if you want to mix it into a shake. I did this, another chocolate (generic, high protein from WallyWorld) & instant coffee to make a slightly minty, choco-coffee COLD protein shake & it was very delicious, so either by itself or mixed, I recommend this. The texture is smooth. 1 doesn't fill me up for a meal replacement (NONE of them do) but 2 shakes & a coffee DOES! That's what makes me full & it lasts for about 3 & 1/2 hours. This GNC choco-mint didn't upset my stomach, but I'm finding where other brands do.. Some of the powders do, too. I've never tried a GNC powdered or other pre-mixed drinks/this is my first GNC brand ANYTHING I've ever bought, so I can't speak about them on whole as a brand & any effects. I will say I have a bit of a sensitive system, so what bothers me may have no effect on you. I chose protein shakes for extra protein & vitamins + experience a lot of discomfort & bloating, so I don't want to eat, but still need nutrients. I did have good energy after drinking this one that lasted about an hour & a hald (non added coffee version) which is really good for me, because my energy & mood have been down. It is better if I can keep my protein up!

Not good…
This flavor was not good to me. No matter how much I shook the mixing bottle, it still had chunks of powder in it.
