What arrived was a solid tough disc that I could neither cut with a knife nor scoop with a spoon, I even tried kitchen scissors-I struggled to even separate off a portion’s worth and finally gave in and tossed it out. $19.00 down the drain. I won’t buy this product again and I wouldn’t recommend it. So far of all the brands I have tried, this is the best in flavor and ingredients and probably very close to what homemade should taste like and look like when you drink it. I agree with others it is tough to get out of container and get the right size portion per cup, I am little bummed by that as i need to be efficient with my time. I am going to see if I make a whole batch at once, then just store in fridge and pour a cup at a time is probably the way to go.
