Excellent product. Used after knee replacement, definitely helped the swelling go down and helped eased the pain. Wish I had brought it before having the surgery so I could have used it sooner.

A must buy following knee replacement surgery. Freeze quickly, easy to put on and good price. I bought another one and will buy a third for my second surgery in a few months

Got this for my dad after knee replacement surgery. He is very happy with it,eases pain and swelling and especially likes the straps so he doesn't have to sit still with it.

I have had quite a lot of problems with my knees recently, culminating in a total knee replacement in December 2023. All of these problems, and their solutions, have necessitated a vast amount of ice to help control the swelling. I have had all manner of ice pack solutions over the past several years, everything from a frozen bag of peas to a resealable baggie full of ice, to frozen ice packs and even a cryotherapy machine, so I have a lot of experience with both ice packs and the results of using them. This ice pack is quite a novel design. It is shaped like a decent compression wrap that is moulded to the bend of your knee, and is essentially an ice pack on three sides. The rear of the wrap is open. It has a different covering on each side. In what I think is the most curious design decision, the side that is on the outside of the wrap is a nice feeling microfibre, but the side that will be against your skin is what feels like a completely smooth vinyl covering. This is a curious decision because when the bag is frozen, it is far too cold to apply directly to your skin, and if you do this you will end up regretting it because of the what are essentially burns the cold will cause. The outside of the wrap feels great, but it would make so much more sense to put the nice microfibre against your skin. The result is that you need to put something in between the wrap and your skin. I have chosen a thin tea towel, and it works well enough, but I cannot for the life of me understand what the designer was thinking. The ice pack provides a good amount of cooling therapy to the three sides of your knee, and is comfortable to wear. I have very large knees and this wrap fits my knee just fine, which is actually a little surprising as I have a lot of difficulty finding items for my knee that fit. Other than the questionable choice of finishing materials, this Comfytemp 3D Contoured Knee Ice Pack Wrap is a good solution to help control swelling in your knee, and I fully recommend it.

Bought this for my mother who has a knee injury. Already have one very similar from Amazon, so came back to purchase another so that one could be cooling in the freezer, whilst the other in use. Work great and perfect that you can use them both hot and cold too. Really easy to use either way. Much easier than using ice packs without any strap, as this stays in place even when getting up to walk.

Just to bulky for me

Excellent knee ice pack, just had knee surgery and it's really helped with hot swelling, it is comfortable to use, very effective and reasonably priced.
