I got a second automatic watch so needed a double watch winder. My watches aren't luxury items so didn't need a luxury watch winder. I got the plain black pleather version and IMHO it looks nice ... classic ... understated. What I like most about this one is that it's not that much bigger than the single watch winder I have. The motor is quiet to the point that you basically can't hear it. The one "con" is that it doesn't come with an AC adaptor, but the product description is clear on this point (it does come with a USB-C to USB cord to connect to an AC adaptor and a second USB-C to USB-C cord if you want to connect winding boxes in serial). I have several extra AC adaptors lying around so not a big deal., but something to know/consider. Another thing to consider is that the watch winder isn't specifically anti-magnetic. Time will tell (no pun intended) if this will be an issue. If it is, Mcbazel makes an anti-magnetic version. And a watch de-magnetizer is relatively cheap and easy to use. Otherwise, this does what I need it to do ... keeps my watches wound when I'm not wearing them. NOTE: As with any watch winder, this won't wind your watch(es) if it's completely stopped. You should fully wind your watch before putting it in the watch winder and the winder will keep the power reserve from going to zero.

I looked at many winders. In particular I was looking for something to simply keep my watches wound. I poured through many of the reviews once I selected this one. The one "complaint" that I read was that you need to hold the base to open the lid. This is true for me. However, it is not a big deal. I do not need lights lighting up and other showy things. I am simply wanting a simple winder. I can say that this is in my bedroom not far from my bed and I can say it is quite silent. It is sylish enough to sit out on display, should you want to do that.

I honestly expected this to be a little chintzy for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s really solid, looks great, and the leather feels much nicer than I expected. Most importantly, it does exactly what I wanted keeps both of my watches wound and ready to go. I also like that you can connect another unit if you want to expand later. Really happy with this purchase.

Straight up did not work; no signs of physical damage. I live abroad, so I can't return the item to Amazon, or rather, it's more expensive to send it back for a replacement.

This is a decent watch winder for the price. It does only have 2 settings but if it offered more settings it'd get 5 stars for sure. It's quite nice and well constructed. No issues other than just 2 settings to work with. Would be perfect if it offered a clockwise rotation for specific automatic movements. It's important to be able to match the "TPD" turns per day to the model watch you own. The trick is to keep your watch running without under winding or over winding. Winders with multiple set points cost much, much more. That said, this should do the trick for bi-directional winding watches such as a Rolex.

1. You have an automatic watch that is not hand-winding, and is therefore solely dependent upon constant movement to stay running when you're not wearing it, such as overnight or on weekends. 2. You have a watch that is rated for [the typical] 41 hours runtime, you don't wear it on weekends, and you want it to still be running on Monday morning. A watch winder is what you use when you can't afford a 70-hr. watch. The unit is dead silent. You won't hear it on your bed stand while you're sleeping. Make sure any watch you put on it is already running. If you put a dead watch on it, you could be waiting a very long time before the watch even starts to run. I put a Seiko Presage watch with a power level indicator on it, and have verified that the winder is effective. However, don't expect it to fully wind your watch overnight, it only winds them to about 50%, and that's all the watch will take. However, the goal isn't so much to fully wind your watch, it's to keep it running while you're not wearing it. I wish the window was curved instead of a 90 degree square. The crease gets in the way of viewing the watches. I wish the buttons were on the front. Reaching behind without being able to see what you're doing is a hassle. I don't see any actual need for a USB power out. I would have rather they installed two white LED's inside the box so you can view your watches better. I like that it has rubber/plastic feet, that's a nice touch. Mine is brand new, in a brand new taped box. It doesn't look used at all. However, there are some mild scratches, scuffs, and glue. For $34, I don't care. Final thoughts: It's great if you have a couple of watches, and you wear one during the week and the other on weekends. I might buy a second one, especially at this price, so I can have 4 watches in rotation. Tip: Having a couple of these would also be useful just to keep your automatic watch collection running in rotation, so that the oils don't settle or clump up and cause your watches run slow. It's a good idea to keep mechanical watches moving from time to time. I have a few watches in a glass display case which I hadn't worn for a year or two. They originally ran at +5-10spd, but the next time I pulled them out, they ran -10spd, and would not gain speed after that.

Excellent product. Came and functioned as advertised. Unless you are looking at it, it's so quiet you wouldn't know it was on.

Its very nice, classy, easy to setup and consistent! So far so good our watch has not stopped leaving it in there for a week!:)

The winding box works correctly and have two options of winding speeds and frequency. It helps my 2 automatic watches to keep winded and ready to go. The box is big though, so I recommend check the sizing.

Nada, si exceptuamos que las explicaciones en español estaría bien tenerlas, y que una pequeña reseña de los datos técnicos del motor, no estaría de más conocerlas. ¿Qué me ha gustado? Todo lo demás. Es silenciosa, es 'elegante' dentro de lo standar, con materiales agradables a la vista; sintético el forrado, pero agradable al tacto, y metacrilato las ventanitas, de aparente 'solidez'. El detalle de un cable corto extra para empalmar eventualmente más cajas con el mismo adaptador, me parece una idea con brillo. Sencillo su funcionamiento con la B atrás de breve ( 6 minutos de pausa), y 18 minutos de pausa con la larga (L) y en ambos casos 2 minutos de rotación, cada vez para un sentido distinto, lo que está muy bien para un desgaste homogéneo de la maquinaria, y que no temeremos que se le espese el lubricante como si estuviese guardado en un cajón. Se entiende que la L, es para cuando el uso de los relojes no es muy frecuente. Está muy bien. No digo que sea barato, pero los hay bastante más caros.. y el producto es excepcional por su relación precio, características, y calidad más que suficiente. VEREDICTO: SÍ, aconsejaría el producto, francamente.
