I love that it is rechargeable and it doesn't take that long to charge it back up and it lasts for quite a while. It is easy to disconnect it from the wall with the tool that came with it, and the initial installation and setup via the Ring app were simple as well. It has great picture quality, and I would recommend this brand of doorbell. As for the Chime box that came in this set, I am not as happy with but also, I think I was expecting more out of it. I find the Echo speakers that I have all around my house do a better job at announcing someone is at the door than the chime does. I think that if I didn't have an echo device in every room then the Chime box would probably get better reviews from me.
